Digital Product – All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our courses, tools, and educational materials, all sales are considered final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as required by applicable law.

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Digital products can be immediately copied, downloaded, and consumed. Once you have accessed the course materials, we cannot retrieve or “return” them. For this reason, digital products are typically sold on a no-refund basis.

Before You Purchase

Technical Issues We Will Resolve

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the materials due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Examples include:
– Course access not granted after successful payment
– Course modules incorrectly locked due to our configuration errors
– Missing materials that were included in your purchased license

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Your Rights Under Consumer Protection Laws

16. Membership Cancellation

Upon cancellation:
– Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
– You will not be charged for any future billing periods.
– Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing periods.
– Access to course materials and tools will be revoked once your billing period ends.
